Photo Requirements

For the best print result, please upload the highest-quality original photo available.

• Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC or HEIF
• Maximum file size: 25 MB
• Use a clear, well-lit photo whenever possible.
• Faces should be sharp, visible, and not heavily blurred or pixelated.
• For family or group photos, make sure everyone you want included
  is clearly visible.
• Avoid screenshots and heavily compressed social-media images when
  the original photo is available.
• Leave some space around the people or main subject whenever possible
  so the image can be fitted correctly into the selected frame.

We may crop, resize, or slightly reposition the photo to fit the selected
frame and print area.
